a sweet escape

the staff was bilingual and quite friendly! i found the parking convenient for only twenty dollars a day. the location is near the arena, perfect for dinner and a bit of shopping. the hotel is just fifteen minutes from the airport and montjuic castle, a true delight to explore.

The internet connection was quite poor. I experienced connection issues and a weak mobile phone signal in the room.

The breakfast included a variety of choices, from fresh fruit to pastries. It had something for everyone. the restaurant offers a selection of tapas and drinks in a relaxed setting, perfect for a light meal. the bar downstairs provides coffee and ice. I found this very convenient.

the location was excellent , right next to Espanya metro station. the rooms were modern and VERY clean. the staff were excellent on arrival and throughout , especially danni and julian.

the air conditioning had issues in the room allotted to us. we tried telling the room service , but we were ridiculed. i suggest the reception take requests from customers GENUINELY. the air conditioning was not able to cool down as it was supposed to.
